SHIPPING INFORMATION: Orders typically take 2-3 business days to ship to their destination. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Merchandise purchased from City Mouse can be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Credit will be issued minus original shipping charge. If the customer received free shipping, a 10% shipping charge will be deducted from store credit.
Returns received after the 30 day period will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Items must be returned in the condition they were received. (i.e. brand new with original packaging - free of pet hair, dirt, cigarette smoke or perfume odors, etc.) Please inspect items carefully before returning them.

EXCHANGES: Due to the fleeting nature of our inventory, we are unable to process exchanges. Exchange requests will be handled as returns. If the item you want is still available we’ll be happy to fill your new order using your credit.
